The joint venture of Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction was awarded the 23,799.2 sq m (256,172 sq ft) site with a plot ratio of 2.5 by offering a top bid of $422 million during the govenment land sale. In the process, it beat eight other developers in a hotly contested land tender.

With the land cost working out to be approximately $659 per sq ft per plot ratio (psf ppr), which is a record for an executive condo site, it will likely be launched at an average price of about $1,250 psf or higher.
